Emma Knight is a co-owner of Greenhouse and is responsible for the brand’s voice. Prior to the launch of Greenhouse, Emma was living in Paris, where she studied and worked in media. She now lives in Toronto with her partner, filmmaker, and Greenhouse co-founder Anthony Green.

Christine Flynn is Executive Chef and Partner at iQ Food Co., a restaurant group with multiple locations in Toronto. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, her simple, unfussy food showcases her passion for vibrant colours, textures and flavours. A celebrated writer, food stylist and photographer, Christine’s work has appeared in numerous publications. Christine lives in Niagara with her two daughters and two dogs.
